The project, located at 22-32 Le Thai To, occupies a prime piece of real estate in the heart of Hanoi, facing the iconic Hoan Kiem Lake. The investor envisions this project as a future landmark of Hanoi, given its exceptional location and deep cultural and historical significance. The hotel will feature stunning architecture designed to enhance the surrounding landscape while preserving the unique character of the Hoan Kiem Lake area. The prestigious Canadian hotel chain, Four Seasons, will manage the property once it opens.

TTT is responsible for the construction, equipping, and furnishing of 93 rooms, along with the elevator lobbies and corridors.
