As every May occasion arrived,  when the dawn has just showing  and the traffic noises echoing on the Ly Tu Trong street are still remain silence,  at the  36th Ly Tu Trong office there are already full of the loud of joy and music. Everyone is eagerly awaiting a new thing to come, something that has been long awaited and also made every TTT member  themshelves feel proud, it is the 26th birthday camping trip of TTT.

Taking the main theme of the year is the speed, naturally the camp of TTT's birthday this time must be closely associated with the theme in  both the design and implementation of the program, so that the camping tittle of the great voice was born:  Super Ti (Ti is a pronounce way of T in Vietnamese).

Coming to the location of the gathering place at the representative office of TTT No. 36 Ly Tu Trong, attendees are attracted immediately by the familiar costumes of the Batman, Ironman, Green Giant  that are welcoming them in the majestic heroic style music.  After the warm welcome, all the attendees are gathered to move to the camp playground located in the city of Phan Thiet.

After 4 hours of traveling, all of the Ti members are greeted  by an humorous ritual called “Ti Washing” to welcome all of the  new member of TTT. This activity sure is the most memorable thing that will make all of the newcomer to shudder. After that, all of the  outdoor activities were planned and implemented by the members of the event team (Ti Event), made the entire TTT members  who was participated in, have all different color of joy.

As every year, all Ti's members  will have to compete for their talent in singing in the evening gala. This year, to add to the challenge and drama for the Super Ti camp, the display of the show is augmented as a game of mind, that enhance the fighting spirit of each team as well as confrontation between each individual in the group to further tighten.

And of course there is no shortage of emotions when the board of director and nearly 300 TTT staff together exchanged glasses of wine to celebrate and bless each other on the occasion of TTT gaining a new age.

After a long day of sport, the most anticipated program of the camp has officially started in the day after, with the flashmob performances of four teams in the theme of Spiderman, Superman, Ironman and Batman. This category is held for the first time and also it is the first time that all Ti's members are all surprised and excited to see their teammates directly compete in each youthful dance that any members from all generations are joining together on the same dance floor.

Not just a birthday camp, this is also the culture of TTT Corporation each year so that in each challenge is given, the attendees will feel the implications of passion, teamwork, creativity, leadership and professionalism that TTT Corporation has always taken as its guideline from which to train and develop potential individuals for the future, which is a difficult problem for any business when encountered

At the end of Sieu Nhan Ti camp, we depart from Phan Thiet City to return to Saigon, although the short time but it is invaluable memories for each employee of TTT. All of these memories will become irreplaceable and penetrate to each individual, from that they could form a solid key value to keep TTT moving forward, the value that is called TTT culture.
