TTT participates in organizing the Seminar & Site Visit to Daikin Air Tower

Vietnam’s First Green Building to achieve the triple platinum certifications: LEED, LOTUS & WELL

This was the first program by the Green Architecture Club that perfectly combined an in-depth seminar with a real on-site visit within the same project. More than 250 guests, including architects, engineers, investors, and industry experts, had the opportunity to directly admire and explore one of Vietnam’s most outstanding green buildings today.

At the seminar, Architect Tomohiro Yoshida (Nikken Sekkei), the lead architect of Daikin Air Tower, together with other consulting experts, shared profound insights into the design journey and the achievement of the world’s most rigorous triple Platinum certifications: LEED Platinum (USA), LOTUS Platinum (Vietnam), and WELL Platinum (Health & Wellness). Sustainable design concepts, green technology solutions, and the philosophy that “green is more than just certifications” were presented clearly and inspiringly.

In addition, representatives from Daikin - the provider of air conditioning solutions and owner of the building, shared practical experiences on the intelligent operating systems, optimized indoor air quality solutions, and energy efficiency performance within the project.
