TTT has officially won the bid for the interior construction of important areas of Hanoi's 6-star FAIRMONT Hotel, thanks to GELEX GROUP's trust.

GELEX Group was founded in 1990 and has expanded significantly alongside Vietnam's economic reform and prosperity. GELEX has notable national brands such Viglacera, CADIVI electric cables, EMIC electric measurement equipment, and others. GELEX is presently positioned as one of Vietnam's premier investment organizations. With a worldwide perspective, GELEX is adopting a strategy to create an ecosystem of relationships with multinational firms. The collaboration to increase Fairmont Hotel's presence in Hanoi not only improves the quality of hospitality services in Vietnam, but it also provides value to the domestic real estate and luxury tourism industries.

FAIRMONT HOTELS & RESORTS is one of the world's most prestigious hotel brands, founded in San Francisco in 1907 and boasting over 80 spectacular properties. Fairmont is constantly present in prominent locations around the world, including The Plaza (New York), The Savoy (London), Le Château Frontenac (Quebec), and, most recently, Fairmont Ambassador Seoul and Fairmont Maldives Sirru Fen Fushi. Aside from prime coastline locations, FAIRMONT HANOI is Vietnam's first city project, managed by the Accor Group. Wherever Fairmont is located, the hotel becomes a cultural hub for the community, showcasing local beauty.

Specifically, for this project, the BIM (Building Information Modeling) model is required during construction. TTT, with our experienced BIM team, technical expertise, and full capacity in terms of equipment, software, and staff, are dedicated to creating a BIM implementation plan that fully satisfies the project's needs.
